Ingredients
1.5 lbs cooked chicken breasts (rotisserie or leftover), shredded
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup (no pork)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (halal-friendly)
1/2 cup butter (halal), softened
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place chicken and broccoli in a 9×13 inch baking dish
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 the cheese (2 cups), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli
Spread butter over the top, then sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese
