Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons crushed almonds or toasted almond flour
Optional: a pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan until smooth
Fold in broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese
Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and optional almonds/toasted almond flour on top
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
Broil 1–2 minutes for a melty, golden finish

Substitute cauliflower for broccoli if desired
