Ingredients
2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced into 1-inch pieces
1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
1 (10.5 oz) can healthy request cream of chicken condensed soup
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken condensed soup, Greek yogurt, and chicken broth until smooth.
